Field Engineers - Texas - 12 months

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for Field Engineers to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.
What you’ll deliver:
- Lead BIM/VDC coordination activities, conducting federated model reviews to identify clashes, design changes, constructability concerns and coordination issues.
- Coordinate across engineering, design and construction stakeholders to ensure alignment of models, drawings, specifications and project deliverables.
- Manage project documentation, including drawing revisions, RFIs, submittals, design updates and field changes, ensuring accurate record control.
- Monitor construction progress, schedules and contractor activities, identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities to improve project delivery.
- Support project reporting by tracking key issues, design maturity, procurement status and project performance metrics.
- Act as a central point of contact for project coordination, facilitating communication between stakeholders and ensuring actions, risks and changes are effectively managed.
What you’ll need:
- Field experience on large capital or industrial construction projects
- Familiarity with Navisworks, Primavera P6, and document control platforms preferred
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing project experience encouraged
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Effective written and verbal communication skills – comfortable producing structured reports and escalating issues clearly
- Comfortable working in an active construction environment
