FAT Coordinator - US, Ohio - 12 Month Initial Contract

This is a unique opportunity for a FAT Coordinator to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you'll do:
  • Lead FAT planning, scheduliang, and coordination across all program nodes and vendor locations.
  • Maintain a consolidated FAT master schedule and readiness tracker for all project equipment.
  • Facilitate weekly cross-functional meetings to align scope, readiness, and documentation requirements across process, automation, CQV, and operations.
  • Review and approve FAT protocols to ensure scope, test coverage, and consistency with project standards.
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Extensive experience in engineering, project management, CQV, or equipment readiness roles within large-scale GMP environments.
  • Proven experience leading or coordinating FATs for modular or skid-based equipment.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory expectations, and equipment qualification processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across complex programs.
