As they continue to grow, they’re hiring a Facilities Manager to join their team based in Finland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional in the data centre sector to advance their career within a globally recognised environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead site operations across a 20MW+ data centre environment, ensuring safe and efficient facility performance.
• Manage and provide leadership to critical facilities teams, including electrical and mechanical leads.
• Oversee maintenance activities, operational procedures and performance standards across the site.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers while ensuring compliance with safety and operational requirements.

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience leading operations within a 20MW+ data centre environment.
• Strong leadership and team management experience in a critical facilities setting.
• Electrical and mechanical infrastructure knowledge with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams.
• Background in data centres preferred, although candidates from critical facilities or power generation environments will be considered.
