• Coordinate incoming process equipment deliveries.
• Interface with vendors ahead of shipments.
• Support equipment crate opening and visual verification activities.
• Confirm equipment arrives without damage.
• Verify shipped contents match purchase and shipping documentation.

Experience required:

• Pharmaceutical or biotech project experience
• Process equipment experience
• Equipment receipt verification
• Vendor coordination
• Turnover package management
• Documentation review and reconciliation
