Equipment Lead - US, Texas - 12 Months Initial Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Equipment Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for major equipment packages.
• Lead vendor qualification processes and ensure technical compliance with engineering specifications.
• Negotiate complex contracts including pricing, delivery, warranties, and performance guarantees.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure reliability and adherence to project timelines 

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Extensive experience in equipment procurement for large-scale industrial or life sciences projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex supplier negotiations and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance standards.
