Electrical Supervisor

Electrical Supervisor – Norway – Permanent – Data Centres

Our client is a specialist data centre design and build contractor operating widely across Europe they deliver some of Europe's most advanced hyperscale and enterprise data centre projects.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team on a project based in Norway.

What you’ll deliver:

• Supervise all electrical installation works across designated project areas.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel.
• Ensure electrical works are completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily progress and report updates to the Electrical Package Manager.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in an Electrical Supervisor or Senior Electrical Foreman position.
• Previous experience on data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or industrial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation and construction methodologies.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and electrical trades teams.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

What you’ll get:

• Previous hyperscale data centre experience.
• Electrical trade qualification or electrical engineering background.
• Commissioning and energisation experience.
• Health & Safety certifications.
• Experience working on projects across Europe or within the Nordic region.
• Knowledge of BIM and digital construction platforms.
