Electrical Quality Manager – Europe – Initial 12-Month Contract – Data Centres

Join a rapidly expanding global data centre operator. Supported by significant investment and partnered with some of the most innovative names in tech, this company is growing and looking for an experienced Electrical Quality Manager in Europe.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee construction quality activities, ensuring all works meet project specifications, client requirements, and quality standards.
• Perform site inspections, audits, and quality signoffs while managing corrective actions for any non-conformances.
• Monitor contractor quality performance and support successful project delivery from installation through to handover.
• Review testing documentation, inspection records, and quality reports to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Construction, Design, Commissioning, and Operations teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll need:

• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, inspections, testing, and handover procedures.
• Experience managing contractors and coordinating with multiple project stakeholders.
• Ability to review technical documentation, quality records, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Background in data centres, critical facilities, or high-availability electrical systems.
