Electrical Project Manager – Norway – Permanent – Data Centres

Our client is a specialist data centre design and build contractor operating widely across Europe they deliver some of Europe's most advanced hyperscale and enterprise data centre projects.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team on a project based in Norway.

What you’ll deliver:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all electrical works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage Electrical Package Managers, Supervisors, Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project milestones, programme dates, and client requirements are achieved.
• Oversee procurement, resource planning, and subcontractor management.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in Electrical Project Management.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure and critical power systems.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and project teams simultaneously.

What you’ll get:

• Previous hyperscale data centre experience.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• High Voltage Authorised Person experience.
• Commissioning and energisation experience.
• Health & Safety qualifications.
• Experience working on projects within the Nordic region.
• Knowledge of BIM and digital construction software platforms.
