Electrical Package Manager – Permanent – Paris, France - Data Centres

Our client is a provider of vital systems, they own and manage high quality properties and large data centres throughout the globe - that are critical to the digital economy!

As providers of essential infrastructure for the digital economy, they have grown to become a large owner of powered sites all over the world. They are currently seeking a Electrical Package Manager to join their team based in Paris.

What you’ll deliver:

• The Electrical Project Manager has overall responsibility, for the management of all aspects of the electrical packages.
• This includes contractor design, procurement, contract governance, pre-construction, mobilisation, commercial aspects and delivery through to hand over with a defect free ambition.
• They are to lead a safety-first culture as a priority, in all aspects of the electrical package management process whilst working close with the Project Lead. The Electrical PM must ensure that client safety standards are applied in order to achieve the objective of zero accidents on our projects.
• They will operate in close consultation with the necessary stakeholders and departments, both internally and externally acting as a key interface for respective package or discipline.

Experience required:

• Significant experience in delivering general contractor or developer roles for DC Development projects. Experience in managing complex projects would be a plus
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget with exemplary safety, quality, and sustainability records.
• Strong leadership, and decision-making skills as well as excellent communication abilities
• Degree or equivalent in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Applicable Safety for Managers training.
