Electrical Commissioning Engineer - Austria - 4/5-Month Contract - Data Centres

Our client, a global specialist in commissioning mission critical projects across all stages of a Data Centre build, are currently working on an exciting project based in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the commissioning for the data centre project in Groningen.
  • Overseeing Managing electrical testing
  • Producing daily and weekly reports
  • Planning testing
  • Provide input into electrical test procedures.
  • Ensure the documentation of all electrical test results and analyse for proper adherence to required and industry standards. Documents may include, but are not restricted to, commissioning test scripts, event logs, trend data, technical reports and issue logs.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project contractors and equipment vendors to execute required tests.
  • Operate BAS/BMS to develop trend analysis for equipment and overall system response.

Requirements:
  • L2-L4 commissioning, some L5 (Documentation heavy, checking all documents from vendors, walk downs)
  • At least 2 years Data centre experience is a must.
  • Candidates from a GC, commissioning agency or client side are considered.
  • Previous experience of working in a CxA role is highly beneficial.
  • Must have eligibility to work in Europe / EU Passport and a valid safe pass, CSCS card or European equivalent.
  • Previous experience of working in a CxM role is highly beneficial.
