What you’ll deliver:

• Act as the site EHS lead, providing expert guidance on safety compliance, risk management, and high-risk activities.
• Conduct inspections, audits, investigations, and permit-to-work processes to ensure a safe and compliant operation.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Construction, and contractors to promote safe working practices and manage site risks.
• Drive safety culture, training, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Requirements:

• EHS experience within a data centre environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety, OSHA standards, LOTO, confined space, fall protection, and high-risk operations.
• Proven experience managing EHS programmes and influencing stakeholders within critical infrastructure environments.
• Degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience), with strong communication and safety leadership skills.
