Design Build Field Manager – Hyderabad, India – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

India is a hive of activity for the Life Sciences Sector at present with global players setting up new and expanding existing manufacturing facilities all over the World. An exciting assignment has arisen to support a global pharmaceutical organisation on a major expansion project based in India, on an initial 12-month contract. 

What you’ll deliver:

• Full-time on-site presence, observing and reviewing the design-builder’s daily operations, workforce, means, and progress.
• Manage day-to-day coordination among the design-builder, OPM, and other consultants, keeping all parties aligned with client requirements.
• Verify that work in place conforms to the approved design, specifications, and contract documents.
• Hold the design-builder accountable throughout all phases of construction for representations made on progress, quality, staffing, and cost.

Experience required:

• Extensive construction field experience on commercial, corporate office, or comparable projects.
• Owner-side familiarity: experience as or alongside an owner’s representative, PMC, or client-side field team (not contractor-only).
• Career experience working predominantly with US-based corporate clients, with an understanding of US corporate expectations for quality assurance, reporting, governance, and accountability.
• Field experience on design-build projects in India.
• Strong hands-on MEP field expertise, including installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning.
