Data Center General Manager - US, Missouri - Permanent Contract

Our client is rapidly emerging as a leading provider of advanced Cloud & AI infrastructure for global innovators.

As they continue to grow, they’re hiring a Data Center General Manager to join their team based near Missouri.

What you’ll do:

• Own end to end data center operations across the region, including critical facilities and IT infrastructure.
• Ensure uptime, performance, and SLA delivery across all sites.
• Scale from a single-site operation to a multi-site regional footprint (Missouri → additional U.S. locations).
• Hire, lead, and develop data center managers and operations teams.
• Act as the primary operational interface with external partners, including vendors, utilities, and service providers.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in data center or mission-critical operations.
• Experience leading data center operations teams and site managers.
• Strong background in critical environment infrastructure (power, cooling, environmental systems).
• Experience working with third-party vendors and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to operate in high-availability, large-scale environments.
