Construction System Owner – E&I– Ohio, USA – 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Construction System Owner – E&I to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Building relationship with E&I contractors and aligning on RFT expectations
• Daily monitoring, witnessing, sampling and inspection of E&I contractor activities to assure quality and compliance of work completed.
• Ensuring technical integrity of E&I installations and system readiness for energization.
• Performing quality assurance, inspections, and documentation compliance.
• Coordinating E&I interfaces between engineering, commissioning, and contractors.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical field preferred
• Extensive experience in Electrical & Instrumentation construction
• Experience supporting large capital projects ($100M+ preferred)
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, chemical, or regulated manufacturing experience strongly preferred
