This is a unique opportunity for a Construction Supervisor BMS to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure installations comply with local, state, and national building codes, energy efficiency standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect air distribution systems for proper airflow, pressure balance, and temperature regulation.
• Use diagnostic tools such as pressure gauges, airflow meters, and infrared cameras to assess performance.
• Identify potential hazards, such as carbon monoxide leaks, refrigerant leaks, or inadequate ventilation.

What you’ll need:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Strong knowledge of BMS systems, mechanical codes, and safety regulations.
