Construction Project Planner – Denmark – Initial 6-12 Month Contract – Life Sciences

Our global engineering client specialises in delivering innovative solutions for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. Their focus is on designing and optimising advanced facilities that enable the development and production of critical medicines. With a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and cutting-edge technology, they help clients bring life-changing treatments to patients worldwide. They are currently looking for a Construction Project Planner to support their project on a 6-12 month contract.

What you’ll deliver:

• Coordinating and communicate overall planning and scheduling activities on a portfolio of projects.
• Leading, supporting and training employees within broad and complex project execution tasks.
• Construction Leadership — understanding of site execution, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule alignment across all EPCMV phases.
• Stakeholder Management — Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal leadership.
• Continuing to build on our culture of motivation and multi-disciplinary teamwork ensuring a good and inspirational work environment that enhance the performance and well-being of your project team.

Experience required:

• Solid and relevant project planning and scheduling experience in international organisations or in multi-cultural environments. Experience from pharma & biotech industries.
• Extensive large-scale, multi-discipline planning experience with EPCMV.
• Experience in a leadership role in a project environment including coaching and leading team members.
• Extensive experience with Primavera P6.
• Excellent in written and verbal communication in English.
