Construction Project Manager - US, East Coast - Permanent Contract

Our client is rapidly emerging as a leading provider of advanced Cloud & AI infrastructure for global innovators.

As they continue to grow, they’re hiring a Construction Project Manager to join their team based on the East Coast.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee all phases of data center construction, from design review to commissioning and handover.
• Serve as the primary liaison with local authorities, utilities, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead commissioning activities, ensuring all systems (electrical, mechanical, BMS, security, etc.) are fully tested and validated.
• After commissioning, oversee daily facility operations, preventive maintenance, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in data center or mission-critical construction project management.
• Experience leading full life cycle construction projects from inception to completion.
• Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
• A willingness to travel to various construction sites across the US
