Construction Manager (Parenterals) - Germany, Frankfurt - 18 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Frankfurt, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Construction Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee the construction and commissioning of cleanrooms and the integration of filling lines, ensuring compliance with strict cGMP regulations.
  • Manage the installation of clean utilities (like WFI and purified water systems) and a variety of piping systems, including process and utility piping.
  • Supervise the installation of intricate HVAC systems to maintain precise temperature and pressure controls within cleanroom environments.
  • Direct electrical and instrumentation (E&I) work, including power distribution, control systems, and critical equipment hook-ups.
  • Supervise all civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) work.
What you'll need:
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects, specifically within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry is advantageous.
  • Direct, hands-on experience with building and commissioning facilities for sterile or aseptic manufacturing, including cleanrooms and specialized equipment is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading major workstreams on construction projects with budgets in the multi-billion euro range.
  • Deep understanding of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) and other regulatory requirements from bodies like the FDA and EMA.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and technicians in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
