Construction Manager (Admin / Lab) - Germany, Frankfurt - 18 Month Contract

With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique opportunity for a Construction Manager to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you'll do:
  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison for the internal team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with the main German contractor (Zec/PORR) and all sub-trades.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of construction activities, including schedule adherence, quality assurance, and site safety management for the administrative and laboratory facilities.
  • Support the Project Manager / Workstream Leader by monitoring on-site progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and escalating issues for rapid resolution within the internal team structure.
What you'll need:
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory to effectively manage communication with the German contractor and ensure project clarity.
  • Proven experience in construction management or site supervision, preferably involving administrative, commercial, or R&D/laboratory facilities.
  • Direct experience working with major international contractors, especially those from the German market (e.g., Zec, PORR), is highly advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience supervising the core and shell phase of a new construction project.
