Area Quality Manager – US, Texas – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Area Quality Manager to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Provide overall quality oversight of construction activities within the assigned area.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, audits, and quality assurance activities.
• Monitor contractor compliance with project specifications, procedures, and quality standards.
• Manage NCRs, quality observations, punch list items, and corrective actions to closure.
• Lead Mechanical Completion walkdowns and support commissioning, turnover, and startup readiness.

 What you’ll need:

• Experience in a Quality Manager role on large- scale pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or industrial construction projects.
• Proven experience managing contractor quality performance through construction, testing, turnover, and startup phases.
• Strong background in mechanical, process piping, utilities, equipment installation, and construction quality inspections.
• Experience leading NCR management, quality audits, inspections, and resolution of quality issues.
