WTG Offshore Installation Specialist - Denmark ,Fredericia - 12 Months Contract

Do you want to work with a world leader in offshore wind? This opportunity is currently available to a WTG Offshore Installation Specialist to join our client’s newest project based in Fredericia. They are a long-standing market leader in the industry owning and developing projects across all major and emerging offshore wind markets, offering fantastic career opportunities for all contractors who join. This role is a 12 month contract with the opportunity to extend. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Offshore wind turbine installation management scope in our EPC organisation within client.
  • Advising commercial tenders for future installation vessel spread setups, including technical specification, analysing installation modelling and evaluating and making recommendations
  • Representing installation department in wind turbine procurement in the development and engineering phases
  • Helping to select installation vessel suppliers, in order to achieve safe and high quality outcomes during the execution phase
  • Assisting asset projects as required to manage the contractors and suppliers who install our wind turbines
  • Sharing and implementing scope recommendations and lessons learnt with current and future project teams
Desirable Experience:
  • WTG Installation Expertise: Holds deep knowledge of wind turbine (WTG) installation technical and contractual challenges, providing valuable insights and solutions in this specialised area.
  • Organisational Skills: Exhibits strong organisational abilities, adept at managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Logical Thinking: Capable of developing rational solutions supported by evidence, leveraging logical thinking to address complex challenges.
  • IT and Analytical Skills: Possesses strong IT skills, with a keen ability to analyse data and apply numerical insights when required.
  • Communication: A clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with others, yet equally capable of self-starting and taking initiative independently.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and fostering collaboration to achieve shared objectives.
  • QHSE Focus: Prioritises quality, health, safety, and environmental standards in all aspects of work, ensuring compliance and excellence.
  • This profile highlights a versatile individual equipped with the skills necessary to thrive in dynamic environments, consistently contributing to team success and organisational goals.
