WPO Electrical Engineer - Pharmaceuticals - Central France 

Our client, a global (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, is recruiting for a WPO Electrical Engineer to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming Nordic location, this is on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics.

Our Client is designing a new facility to expand their current and future product portfolio within serious chronic diseases. The facility will be designed as a multi-product facility to accommodate current and future processes and displaying state-of the-art technology and working environment. As a future-proof and cost-effective facility, the construction will focus on delivering the highest quality to patients globally in an efficient and environmentally sustainable way.


Responsibilities/Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in engineering.
  • Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • French Ideally. However, If they are Irish/ European with the right experience they will consider.
  • Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • French and Speaking English is a nice to have however not a deal breaker.
  • Experience with complex projects and working in or around operating facilities.
  • Experience within Clean Utilities such as clean steam, clean water, purified water, WFI (Water for injection).
  • Ability to keep work pace and meet deadlines. Good organising and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency communicating and collaborating at a variety of levels with customers, local vendors, equipment suppliers and operations staff.
  • Proven success working well in a team environment with flexibility to react to changing business needs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills. Problem solver with a focus on achievement of overall project goals.
  • Computer skills (Spreadsheets, Word Processing, Visio, Microsoft Project)
