Turnover E&IC Supervisor - Germany, Frankfurt - 12 Month Contract

Are you a Turnover E&IC Supervisor looking for your next contract role? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Frankfurt on an initial 12 month contract.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest Turnover E&IC Supervisor. Responsibilities:
  • Complete E&I turnover activities across multiple systems and areas
  • Fulfil system walkdowns, punch list generation, and closure tracking
  • Preparation and review of Turnover Dossiers and ensure documentation is complete and compliant
  • Interface with QA/QC, commissioning, construction, and client teams to align turnover priorities
  • Monitor Ready for Commissioning (RFC) status and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items
  • Ensure loop checks, ITRs, FAT/SAT records, and redline drawings are properly compiled
  • Maintain and update turnover tracking systems and progress reports
  • Support audits and inspections by regulatory bodies or client representatives
  • Work alongside other engineers and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols
Requirements:
