Responsibilities:
- Bank and bank account management: You collaborate closely with our banking partners to ensure the proper functioning of bank relationships focused on cash management and bank account management topics
- Compliance: You are able to support external regulatory compliance, KYC requirements, Power of Attorneys
- Operation support: You can act as a support back office operations during peak times or as back-up for other teammates
- Reporting: You are not afraid of numbers and are able to generate and maintain various Treasury Management reports
- General Administration: You collaborate with internal (other teams) and external stakeholders (e.g. auditors, national bank, regulators...) on all middle office topics
- Project Support: You will assist with transformation projects and initiatives within the Group Treasury
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Additional degrees or relevant certifications are a strong asset
- A previous relevant experience in a middle office role within the Treasury or financial sector
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to collaborate with multiple (international) stakeholders
- Effective communication and a team player mentality
- Proactive and adaptable mindset
- Strong communication skills: Proficient in English. Knowledge of French, Dutch or any European language is an asset
