Training Project Manager - Denmark, Copenhagen - 12 Months Initial Contract

Our client, a global CDMO in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is recruiting for a Training Project Manager to join their new and exciting large-scale CAPEX investment programme. With a mission to provide process development and cGMP production in cell culture, microbial fermentation, and gene therapies, this is an outstanding opportunity make a genuine contribution to the biopharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities include:
  • Setup classroom training for 230 Manufacturing associates in collaboration with Manufacturing Support
  • Establish off-line training centre in collaboration with Manufacturing Support
  • Manager/Coordinate execution of training
  • Build KPI (Competence matrix)
  • Report status to Operational readiness management
Key requirements include:
  • Project manager background or supervisor/manager experience.
  • Training experience from Manufacturing or other area
  • Requires extensive experience in Manufacturing/Projects.
  • Pharma experience is not a requirement.
