Talent Acquisition Officer - Amsterdam - 2 Month Contract

Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to help support their project based in Amsterdam - could this be you?

What you'll do:
  • Provide hands-on support for current vacancies.
  • Analyse the current recruitment approach and processes.
  • Develop and implement a concrete recruitment plan with KPIs.
  • Establish structural collaborations with schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Set up and optimise cooperation with search agencies and external partners.
  • Maximize the use of LinkedIn (and other sourcing tools if applicable).
What you'll need:
  • Strong background in recruitment (corporate and/or agency).
  • Extensive knowledge of the Dutch labour market and relevant sourcing channels.
  • Collaborations with educational institutions (internships, theses, traineeships),
  • Cooperation and contracting with search agencies,
  • Optimization of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
