Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the internal Talent Acquisition team
  • Create, implement and deliver hiring strategies for both the UK and US offices in line with the company’s 3-year road map
  • Self-source candidates themselves for open vacancies
  • Mentor and drive the activity of the Talent acquisition team
  • Complete the Talent Acquisition annual budget
  • Deliver monthly reporting in line with the Business Unit hiring strategy, including ROI and key activity
  • Identify business objectives and critical success factors to support supervision and management of daily sourcing activity
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and deliver resourcing campaigns
About you:
  • 5 + years’ recruitment experience
  • Proven background developing and managing recruiters (at least 1 person)
  • Excellent communication
  • Experience working towards targets and goals
