Subcontract Management Specialist (Project Procurement) – Data Centres – Contract – Netherlands

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. Subcontract Management Specialist Responsibilities:

• Manage from placement of order to delivery on site.
• Manage Payment process to ensure subcontractor is paid timely and correctly. 
• Manage change both upstream to the client and downstream to the subcontractor including validation of quantities and rates while liaising with scheduling, construction and engineering teams. 
• Attend meetings as required.
• Maintain contemporaneous records
• Provide change order information to Commercial Manager for inclusion in Cost Report.
• Assist with any contractual claims working with Exyte legal other colleagues.
• Negotiate Final Account close out.

About you:

• Ability to take ownership and responsibility of the tasks they are performing.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ideally the candidate should be able to understand an issue and explain it in a concise manner
• Personable with problem solving attitude.
• Has continuous improvement mindset.
• Data-Centre/Semi-Conductor/Battery, Pharma or other similar type facility experience.
