Site Administrator - Spain, Barcelona - 12 Months Initial Contract 

We are looking for an ambitious Site Administrator that will be representing and working on behalf of one of the fastest growth construction and engineering companies in Europe. Having developed a strong reputation in the Data Centre industry and already delivering projects for many of the well-known and established data centre owner and operators this is your opportunity to play a major part in the delivery of one of their projects in Barcelona.

With continuous opportunities for development and growth, you will be given the opportunity to develop new skills and work as part of an established team to deliver a first-class service to their end customer.

Responsibilities:
  • Full document control using Filekey & EIDA systems
  • Personnel tracking, permit requests, onboarding coordination
  • Ordering plant, materials & managing requisitions (SAP)
  • Admin support to Construction & Project Management teams
  • Managing site meetings, reporting, sign-ins, visitor access
  • Supporting inductions, holiday tracking, and general admin
Requirements:
  • Requires extensive experience in an administrative role (site-based ideal)
  • Highly organised with strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication & attention to detail
  • Experience in construction/engineering environments preferred
