Senior Document Controller - Data Centres - 12-Month Contract - Frankfurt

Our client, a privately owned global construction consultancy, require the support of a Senior Document Controller for their Frankfurt based project.

This exciting organisation have built a reputation for delivering first class project and cost management for CAPEX project globally. Their data centre division has doubled in size over the last 3 years having built a strong reputation for some of the biggest tech companies in the world – meaning there could be no better time to join.


Responsibilities and Requirements: 
  • Preparing and managing documents by checking for accuracy and editing files such as drawings, contracts etc.
  • Review and update technical documents such as manuals and workflows.
  • Distribute electronic and hard copies of documents to internal teams
  • File documents/records in hard copy and digital form
  • Retrieve files for employees and clients as requested
  • Manage the flow of documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
  • Create templates to be used by all internal employees
  • Copying, scanning and storing documents
