Senior Construction Claims Manager - Germany - 18 month contract 

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Germany. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Snr Construction Claims Manager to join their team. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Mix between project controls and construction management.
  • Responsible for capex projects and experience leading teams. 
  • Claim review: 70% of the day
  • Managing various claims from suppliers.
  • Contracts management: 30% of the day
  • Responsible for contract management, ensuring delivery dates adhered to, supplier deliverables are on tract and arrangements have been made as per the agreement.
  • On boarding of new suppliers.
  • Report to internal management and stakeholders
  • Manage any changes of supplier deliverables as required – change control, procurement actions etc.
Key requirements include:
  • Extensive experience in contract and claims and experience in leading a CCM Team in a large CapEx project
  • Technical understanding for construction projects is a big advantage
  • Commercial experience and background is beneficial and acceptable.
