Commissioning Engineer (Security Systems) - Netherlands - 6 Months Contract

Our client, a global specialist in commissioning mission critical projects across all stages of a Data Centre build, are currently working on an exciting project based in Groningen.

With over 800 + global resources across the globe, and engagement with some of the most impressive, billion-dollar facility construction projects, this is a fantastic career progression opportunity with an extraordinary company.

The project at hand is a hyperscale data centre for a huge, recognisable client in Groningen, and we are looking for a Commissioning Engineer (Security Systems with Data Centre experience.

What you'll do:
  • Lead commissioning execution for security systems, including CCTV, ACS, IDS, and PAVA interfaces.
  • Oversee system-level verification, functional performance testing, and integrated system validation.
  • Review and approve commissioning documentation such as pre-functional checklists and test scripts.
  • Collaborate with construction, operations, QA/QC, and client technical teams to ensure readiness and compliance.
  • Ensure all systems align with Commissioning Standards and project specifications.
What you'll need:
  • Experience having worked with BIM360 is preferred or other commissioning platforms.
  • Previous experience of working in a CxM role is highly beneficial.
  • Willingness to work hard.
  • Maintain strong focus on safety.
