Scientist – Process Sciences – Pharmaceuticals – 11 Month Contract – Dublin

Do you want to be part of one of the top 10 best companies to work for in Ireland? If so, this could be your chance! One of our global pharmaceutical clients is looking for a Scientist (Process Sciences) to join their team in Dublin for their new large-scale facility.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of fast-paced project; with lots of opportunities to work with and learn about cutting-edge technologies, in addition to developing your own skills.  

This is a truly exciting project, which when complete will contribute to the manufacturing of a life changing treatment.


Scientist (Process Sciences) Responsibilities:
  • Support and executing experimental design, data analysis and interpretation to resolve complex cell culture deviations.
  • Support process improvement and troubleshooting with end-to-end product focus.
  • Provide technical support investigations, new process introduction or change implementation in commercial manufacturing operations.
  • Author and reviewing development operating procedures and technical reports.
  • Apply LeanSixSigma tools in the Process Sciences group

About you:
  • Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (preferable practical experience of cell culture processing)
  • Experience in drug substance process development, process characterisation studies, mammalian cell technology, biochemistry, cell biology.
  • Experience in executing experimental programs in the laboratory.
  • Working knowledge of statistical methods for DOE design and data analysis
