SAP Financial Consultant - Spain, Valencia - 6 Months Initial Contract 

Our client, an international IT service provider, is seeking a SAP Financial Consultant to join them as a contractor, with the option to work fully remote or on-site within the charming region of Valencia. Starting at an initial 6 month contract, multiple extensions are expected and there is great, long-term potential.

Responsibilities:
  • The senior consultant shall perform an assessment of current SAP system usage and will also perform a gap analysis versus the objective of the organisation, that is to implement an integrated budget.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions .
  • Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements .
  • Analyse, Design, Document FI/CO modules.
  • Maintain close collaboration with different departments and business partners.
  • Oversee the implemented financial solution and have a good understanding of the implementation of other modules.
  • Knowledge on Bank Communication Management module as well as thorough knowledge on international banking requirements related to cross border payments and XML file format.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in international and complex SAP implementations, ERP Systems architecture and integrations and on SAP Finance module.
  • Experience in UN SAP implementation is desirable
  • Customer facing experience and oral communication skills 
  • Ability to write documentation & reports
  • Creativity/ ability to find innovative solutions
  • Willingness to learn on the job 
  • Conflict management & cooperation
