As a Delivery Executive, you will join our Delivery Team, learning the foundations of the recruitment process and our industry sectors. This role is mainly focused on sourcing candidates, working closely with our Recruitment Consultants to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Speaking to candidates on the phone to source, qualify and present suitable candidates to the Sales Consultants, against specific client requirements
• Undertake searches on the company’s database, external job boards and utilise social media to headhunt candidates
• Targeting both the active and passive markets to contact suitable candidates to discuss contract opportunities

Our Interview Process
At Quanta we have a 2 stage interview process, the first interview will be more of a conversation where we can both get to know each other. If you are invited for a second stage interview we’ll ask you to present a short 5-10 minute presentation. In both interviews we will discuss your current situation, your experience and what you are looking for.
