Recruitment Partner - Pharmaceuticals - Contract- Dublin

Are you looking for the chance to join a life changing pharmaceutical organisation in their mission to continuously drive innovation? We are recruiting for a Recruitment Partner to support an increase in hiring needs on site.

Located 15 minutes from Dublin Airport and just a short distance from the lively, vibrant, and cultural Irish capital, this leading bio pharmaceutical organisation paves the way with state-of-the-art technology on their one-of-a-kind manufacturing facility. 

As a Recruitment Partner you will manage, resource, and fill a high volume of positions. You will also work closely with HR, Hiring Managers, and Senior Business Leaders, and assist with improving and executing recruitment strategies.

This is a 12-month contract, but with very high chance of extension.

Responsibilities as a Recruitment Partner:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies in partnership with the Human Resources Business Partners, Senior Business Leaders, and Hiring Managers.
  • Identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Liaise with managers to anticipate hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute sourcing plans.
  • Qualify and screen potential candidates.
  • Offer management and managing the hiring administration process.

Experience required as a Recruitment Partner:
  • Previous experience working in recruitment, ideally internal recruitment for a pharmaceutical/life sciences company.
  • Experience managing and filling a large volume of requirements.
  • Ability to be based on site in Dublin, up to 3 days per week.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is desirable
