QA Validation - Limerick

QA Validation consultant with Controlled Temperature Unit (CTU) experience required to join a global Biotechnology organisation on the West Coast of Ireland. 

Ireland is a hive of activity for the Life Sciences Industry at present with global organisations investing heavily in new facilities here. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a QAV consultant to join a state-of-the-art Pharmaceutical manufacturing site on the West Coast of Ireland.

Summary:  Experienced QA Validation Contractor required to support the CTU initial/continuing qualification programmes.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Experience in Validation, specifically CTU (Controlled Temperature Unit) /warehouse validation
  • Experience in assessment of validation issues during thermal mapping runs and closeout of deviations
  • An understanding of how CTUs operate
  • Generation/Review of CTU protocols
  • Generation of Summary Reports and strong quality background essential
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Experience in continuing validation and generation of assessments for continuing programme.
  • Liaise with numerous departments
  • Shows focus & a consistence approach to the role and tasks.
  • Excellent people skills
  • Ensure Training is maintained and current.
  • Follow all EHS/Safety SOP/Policies
  • Actively look for Continuous improvements
