Python Consultant - UK, Oxfordshire - 12 Month Contact 

Our client is looking for a Python Consultant to help support their project based in Oxfordshire.

This is your chance to work for a company that is a pioneer in gene and cell therapy focussing on long-term curative treatments. With vast investment being made into the organisation and new build projects on the horizon this is the ideal time to join the team and establish yourself as a key team member.

Led by an experienced executive team, this is a fantastic opportunity to work for a high-profile Biopharma client.

What you'll do:
  • Conduct independent “cold reviews” of Python scripts developed for lab automation and scientific data workflows
  • Assess code for compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and GAMP 5 standards
  • Review all code associated with a newly developed in-house software system
  • Provide structured feedback on time allocation across review sections and modules
What you'll need:
  • Proven track record in Python code review or software quality roles within GxP or GMP-regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and Computer Systems Validation (CSV); ability to assess custom-developed software (Category 5)
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and objective with excellent written communication and documentation skills
