Public Procurement Buyer – IT -Contract - Anderlecht

We are currently looking for a part time Public Procurement Buyer to support its Procurement department with a deep expertise in ICT purchasing and public tenders.

Public Procurement Buyer Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support specific public procurement procedures (purchasing of a SaaS HR Suite) guaranteeing a smooth running of the procedure (compliance with regulations and process, respect for deadlines, etc.) in order to obtain an efficient purchase.
About you:
  • Master’s Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Public Administration OR equivalent through experience.
  • Dutch language is a must (most of the participants are Dutch speaking) + French/ English
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on the human aspect
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
  • Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
  • +5 years of experience in public procurement
  • Expert knowledge of Belgian Public Market legislation, compliance & procedures
  • Expertise in ICT purchase (SaaS solution purchase)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and eProcurement tools
