Project Support - Denmark, Copenhagen - 12 Months Initial Contract

Our client, a global CDMO in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is recruiting for a Project Support to join their new and exciting large-scale CAPEX investment programme. With a mission to provide process development and cGMP production in cell culture, microbial fermentation, and gene therapies, this is an outstanding opportunity make a genuine contribution to the biopharmaceutical industry.

What you’ll do:
  • Onboarding of new consultants, setting up systems, mail groups, update org. charts, IT requests etc.
  • Project administration: File sharing, office and facility services, developing project specific procedures/guidelines.
  • Project communication: Project calendar, meeting planning and presentations, workshops, Sharepoint etc.
  • Ad hoc support to Project Management and Project Function
  • Office supplies
  • Facility Management incl. PPE Equipment
  • Documentation coordination: Planning & follow up
  • Coordination of meetings, events, seminars
What you’ll need:
  • Requires relevant experience
  • Fluent in Danish.
