Project Planner - Denmark, Copenhagen- 6-12 Month Contract 

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are looking for a Project Planner to join their team. The company has grown to become a world leader in the development, manufacture, and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products to alleviate some of the world’s biggest health problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Providing oversight of the current project to ensure schedules and time lines are met.
  • Specific support will be provided to the Lead Planner who works for Jacobs (engineering partner).
  • Ensure that standard Project Planning requirements are met, understood, and embedded from both Contractors and Sub-Contractors into the project systems.
  • Updating the master schedule for the EPCM contractors.
  • Support and have a voice in the progress meetings.
  • Providing project planning (scheduling) support to the project team (client side).
  • Manage the project schedules in accordance with the project work breakdown structure and ensuring that project schedules are developed.
Desirable Experience:
  • Extensive industry experience.
  • Experience in planning of large CAPEX projects (such as Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical) in multi-discipline teams.
  • Construction, EPC & CQV Scheduling experience.
  • Familiar with fast pace dynamic environments.
  • Experience of delivering the schedule for projects of similar levels of complexity.
  • Planning responsibility through life cycle covering Detailed design, Construction and CQV to handover.
  • Knowledge of the software tool P6 and MS Project.
  • Working within a multi-disciplined project management matrix organisation.
