Project Manager – General Conditions– Pharmaceuticals – Contract – Ohio

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for participating as part of the team and managing the site General Conditions work working with a variety of stakeholders located at the site
  • Lead and Assist in the coordination of the work with work of other firms on the campus.
  • Lead coordination meetings and general oversight across the myriad of work fronts ranging from site general services, direct hire work, contracted services, temporary utilities including managing temporary operations and maintenance teams and items in support of the program.
  • Review invoices, time and material sheets, proposals and develop and approve purchase orders and any changes to agreements.   This position will require oversight of subordinates
  • Work and manage assigned Project Controls team members for cost and schedule reporting functions and present/provide leadership reports as required.
Skills and Experience:
  • Strong problem-solving skills in project & program management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience on relevant construction projects with significant leadership experience with general conditions, direct hire oversight and managing subcontracted work in excess of $100M
