Project Manager - US, Atlanta - Permanent Contract 

Our client has developed an award-winning global portfolio within critical infrastructure and are looking to onboard a Project Manager based in Atlanta where you will support the development of their infrastructure.  
Renowned for their world-class and scalable data centre, engineer and construction across the globe – this is your chance to work with a truly exciting organisation with a promising future.

This is your opportunity to play a major role in the continued growth of an ambitious data centre operator and service provider.

Responsibilities:
  • They have a lean team in the business, and these will be the first full time hires into the PM team. 
  • They will report into the Directors of Construction. 
  • The roles are needed onsite 5 days a week and that will be their team!
  • Greenfield new build from ground to core and shell – they will likely take the project through the technical install also. Strong Civils PM. Early stage fundamentals
Requirements:
  • Construction Project Scheduling experience
  • Experience in major construction projects valued £100m+
  • Mixture of Mission critical experience would be ideal
  • 5-10 years  experience
  • Knowledge of local construction regulations
  • Previous data centre experience
  • Candidates will need to be based 5 days a week on site
  • Degree in Civils, Mechanical or Electrical + project management
