Do you want to work with an exciting company who are an established market leader within their niche field? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Engineer to work on an exciting CapEx project in Croatia on an initial 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating closure of all remaining design activities and ensuring successful handover to the site team, such as P&ID's, Process Descriptions, Material Requisitions, HAZOP's, LEED, Vendor documents, 3D Model.
- Provide engineering input to Construction and Commissioning & Qualification Teams.
- Manage design change within scope of responsibility.
- Work with the Site Team to support the handover of the project.
- Identify project risks and opportunities and propose mitigation plans.
- Ensure relevant data is provided to support EAMS build in line with project schedule needs.
- Assist in the resolution and tracking of field issues and Request for Information (RFIs) from construction team
- Resolution of Engineering Issues during C&Q, in conjunction with Automation (if required).
- Generate, review and approve Project Change Controls as appropriate.
- Ensure the Project Life Cycle is adhered to and all project life cycle deliverables are available for overall project completion.
- Ability to effectively communicate, interact and collaborate with team members and external stakeholders is essential.
Requirements:
- BS in Engineering Discipline (or equivalent).
- Experience of A/E Design Firm project execution
- Minimum 8 years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical engineering capital project experience.
- Previous experience in design or commissioning of project >$50 MM required
- Knowledge of and direct operational experience within manufacturing facilities (large molecule or small molecule or sterile injectables.)
