Project Coordinator - US, Virginia - 12 Month Initial Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Virginia, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

Responsibilities:
  • Support project team by ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions, project logistics, and executive support
  • Manage scheduling, travel coordination, and calendar management for project team
  • Potential travel to A/E firm to support in person meetings
  • Assist in network approvals
  • Facilitate meetings, take notes, distribute meeting minutes, and create PowerPoints
  • Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Create reports and dashboards to visualize insights for stakeholders
  • Supplement team ordering goods and services in Ariba
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Confident, dependable, and detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Able to manage multiple priorities
  • A degree in engineering is highly preferred
  • Experience supporting the management of multiple projects
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Requires extensive experience as an administrative assistant
  • Experience with Concur and Ariba
  • Experience with event planning
