Project Control Lead - Florence, Italy - 12-Month Contract 

Do you want to work at a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturer? If so, this is the assignment for you! Our global client with manufacturing facilities is currently investing significantly in their manufacturing programme. This state-of-the-art facility houses high-technology and next-generation processes to produce OTC and Oral Care Products that are distributed throughout the Globe. As such, they are looking for an Project Planner to join their Florence, Italy based project.


Responsibilities: 
  • Overseeing the process suite transfer into the new site and prepare the suite for readiness
  • Working on behalf of - client-side role - representing the business' interest and managing suppliers
  • Previous experience in Pharma / BioTech
  • Qualification and reediness of the department & process transfer
  • Tracking and managing project activity, coordinate twice weekly meetings with the projects team and reporting back 
  • There is scheduling in place, the candidate will not be starting from scratch, however, scheduling, need to be maintained

Requirements: 
  • P6 / Primavera
  • Previous experience in Pharma / BioTech
  • Scheduling experience
  • Stakeholder management
  • Project planning experience
