Process Validation - Global Pharmaceutical Company - Capital Project - South Leinster - 11 month contract

With global demand for their life-changing oncology treatment increasing; one of our global pharmaceutical clients is looking for a Process Validation Engineer to join their team to support a €500 million expansion project in Leinster.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a state-of-the art fill-finish facility and the company’s first stand-alone vaccine and biologics plant outside the US. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Introducing new processes and/or products.
  • Engage in the early stages of the project, giving input into design by working with equipment vendors and global engineering teams, attending FAT and design reviews to represent client validation interests.
  • Effective application of Lean SixSigma and Change Management tools within the assigned suite for qualification / validation up to PQ stage.
  • Execution in line with the site Continued Process Validation (CPV) program and supporting cross-site CPV as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least three years’ experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Hands-on knowledge with Sterilisation, Cleaning validation or Vial and Syringe Filling.
