PMO Support - 6-Months - Copenhagen, Denmark 

Our client, a global CDMO in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is recruiting for a PMO Support to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming Nordic location, this on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics.


Responsibilities:
  • Support Project Director and Head of PMO in decision making, project management and facilitation
  • Prepare presentation and materials for the monthly Project Steering Group meeting and be responsible for the follow up including minutes and updates on actions
  • Conduct team communication, meeting facilitation, action delegation, follow up and implementation and lead conversations among project members towards efficient project execution
  • Participate in relevant Project team meetings
  • Support the PMO with project governance and progress initiatives
  • Update documents including PEP, organisational chart, strategy papers etc.

Requirements:
  • Min 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in leading and communicating to medium to large teams, in executive management, and in strategy execution.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Experience with large scale construction and/or operational excellence projects is a plus.
