OEM Automation Lead– Filling - South Dublin - 12 Month Initial Contract

Our client, a globally recognised pioneer in Biotechnology, are recruiting for the position of OEM Automation Lead– Filling. What you'll do:
  • Subject Matter Expert for OEM automation on behalf of Client
  • Overall Technical lead for Syringe Filling OEM automation
  • Work closely with the filling equipment OEM supplier and system integrator and/or internal team in scope and standard of Automation deliverables
  • Integrate the filling machines onto the PCS and MES at Site
  • Understand how the filling equipment operates and ensure that all functions are present
  • Prepare and communciate Client requirements
  • Review and approve Design deliverables (FS, DS, Drawings, Etc)
  • Ensure high standard of configuration and coding
  • Plan, attend and supervise FAT/SATs
  • Work closely with Process owners, OEM team, design team and all stakeholders in delivery of project
What you'll need:
  • Knowledge of networking and thin client technology
  • OEM Filling Machine or similiar equipment experience; Optima; SKAN isolators
  • Machine safety directive expertise and experience on safety PLC systems
  • Pharmaceutical experience Drug Production Fill Finish
  • Proven Leadership ability
  • Excellent interpersonnel and communication skills
  • Reference Project experience
