MEP Project Manager - Berlin - 12-Month Contract 

We have an unmissable opportunity to work with a company that delivers technology expertise and high-end solutions to data centre construction projects. Specialising in design, procurement, delivery and handover of seamless ICT solutions for Hyperscale, Colocation, Commercial and Warehouse facilities. They are currently seeking a MEP Project Manager for their Berlin location.


Main responsibilities
  • Build a strong and reliable relationship with your team to facilitate efficiency and growth
  • Engage a transparent relationship with the client that is based on honesty and collaboration
  • Empowering a culture of safety and security by complying with internal and client safety programs and policies
  • Create and manage end-to-end project plans/programmes and ensure on time delivery
  • Be accountable for end-to-end project plans/programmes, from project intake and programming to commissioning and handover - own them from the start and drive them to completion with your teams.
  • Perform day to day project check-in and update to manage project delivery and quality.
  • Final decision making on all day to day site operational actions and staff
  • Take responsibility for project budget control and commercial performance
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution
  • Gather and provide feedback on lessons learned, best practices, and innovations on process/procedures and tools to improve efficiencies and productivity

Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong leadership skills and experience required
  • Good digital and personal communication skills required
  • Strong experience in ICT or Data Centre environment required
  • Strong computer literacy essential
  • Project Management Qualification preferred
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
  • Perform and execute organisation’s safety programs and policies, and compliance knowledge assessments
